A prospective analysis for the search of the Standard Model Higgs boson decaying in WW pairs is presented with the CMS experiment, in the context of the initial luminosity at the CERN LHC \PP\;collider with a \PP\; center of mass energy of 14 \TeV. The W leptonic decay channels are considered, leading to the selection of final states with , or lepton pairs accompanied by significant \MET and without the presence of high \pt jets. % Signal and background datasets obtained with a detailed Monte Carlo simulation of the detector response % , including the limited inter-calibration % and alignment precision expected at startup, are treated using a complete reconstruction chain. % The data corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 1~\fbinv\;is analysed and the expected significance for a Standard Model-like Higgs boson is established.
