Study of the Higgs to ZZ to 2l + 2 τ\tau final state with CMS detector.

A search is presented for the standard model (SM) Higgs boson in the H \to ZZ \to \taus decay mode, where l=μl = \mu or ee, in proton-proton collisions at s=7\sqrt{s}=7~TeV, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 4.7\fbinv collected with the CMS detector at the LHC. No evidence is found for a significant deviation from SM expectations and an upper limit is placed at 95\% confidence level on the product of the production cross section and decay branching ratio for SM Higgs boson that excludes cross sections between a factor four and seven larger than predicted for a SM Higgs mass in the range 190 < m_{\rm H} < 500\GeVcc.
