Search for resonant Higgs boson pair production in the final state
A search for resonant Higgs boson pair production in proton-proton collisions in the final state is presented. The search assumes the existence of a new heavy scalar boson H, which decays into a pair of the known h bosons. The search for is performed using three final states, , , and , where indicates a lepton decaying into hadrons. The analysis uses proton-proton collision data collected with the CMS detector at the LHC in 2015 at a centre-of-mass energy of 13~\mathrm{TeV} and corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 2.7~\mathrm{fb}^{-1}.
